the one with another flood

Yes this is me. In front of our apartment. (I know I know, another unglamorous photo) This was 2 days after Habagat. Partida. Humupa na ang tubig nyan. Imagine the water in our kitchen and receiving area. I may have been affected I still consider myself lucky. Compared to Typhoon Ondoy, the apartment, well the whole compound was called a ghost town by the neighbors because for 2 weeks none of us tenants stayed there. It took 2 weeks to get all the water out and the house dry.

Compared to other Pasiguenos and people living in NCR, I'm not a victim. The rains did damage some of our things but it  did not take the house down, it did not take any of my loved ones lives. 

It may be odd but I say

merci merci

just because I am one lucky girl..
