Took this photo on my way home from the sleepover in Las Pinas. I wanted to slap myself for not bringing Lulu (no offense Penpen, I love you being so handy and all but we got to give it to Lulu for quality pictures..) But then again, it turned out to be like a watercolor painting. The mix of the shades of blue and violet with a hint of orange yellow. It was lovely!
I have been travelling the same route to and from Las Pinas - via Coastal Road - ever since high school. There's nothing much to see, just the sea and the express way but for some reason I look forward to that bus ride. The view of the sea reminds me so much of my teenage years specifically me and Daddy's road trips.
Were you able to witness the sunset last Wednesday? Partida: No editing was done for this photo. Lulu took this one on manual mode. I remember @JenniEpperson tweet -
"So blessed to have witnessed the tangerine tango-colored sunset in the city! #onceinabluemoon #colors". I stepped outside and Lulu tried her best to capture the moment but this is the closest we can get. I don't know about you but as I marvel at the colors of the sunset, it brought me to a familiar feeling.
Maybe the feeling that Daddy's not that far. Suddenly, being separated by continents were not much of a big deal; that we are under the same sky. So far yet so near.
Ok fine, kesong keso na!!! But hey just appreciating the glorious glorious things..
merci merci
